1. Age 30-45 years old, college degree or above, major in mechanical and management,
2. More than 8 years working experience, 5 years of production operation management experience, 3 years of lean production promotion and management experience, and experience in production management of hardware industry and power tools are preferred;
3. Familiar with the production operation and management of the factory, with rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management and logistics management;
4. Familiar with production technology and production specifications, familiar with production management system and able to formulate appropriate relevant systems, good at personnel management;

7. Bachelor degree in mechanical and electrical integration or mechanical manufacturing, college degree or above, proficient in PRO-E, autoCAD and other related software;

8. Familiar with appearance, modeling industrial design, familiar with mold manufacturing, can independently complete product structure development and design, and ensure that the designed product structure can be mass-produced smoothly;
